If you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, or improve your cardio then conditioning tennis is for you. Conditioning tennis offers a complete fitness workout whilst playing fun tennis games and drills. Players of all levels are welcome (no tennis experience required) to come and enjoy playing tennis whilst getting fit at the same time.
